Presenting...Miles of Chocolate
You may of course partake as you please, but we prefer to serve Miles of Chocolate® very cold.
Store your chocolate refrigerated or frozen. (Miles of Chocolate will not "freeze.")
If you choose to store it frozen, cut off your desired portion
and allow to stand for about 20 minutes before serving.

If you prefer to dress it up, allow us to suggest one of the following toppings.
Cherry Sauce (Yield: About 2 cups; Prep-time: about 15 minutes)
2 T. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. fresh orange or lemon juice
1 C. unsweetened apple juice or water
12 oz. package frozen unsweetened dark cherries, pitted.
In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch, sugar and liquids with a whisk. Bring to a boil, and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Cook until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally (about two minutes). Add the cherries and cook until hot. Squirt sauce onto warm desert plate using squirt bottle* and then set chocolate serving onto the plate. Serve warm.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to one week. Reheat to warm before serving.
Raspberry Sauce (Yield: About 1-1/2 cups; Prep-time: a bit over 1 hour)
2 C. fresh or 1 package thawed unsweetened frozen raspberries
1/4 C. sugar
3 T. rasberry vinegar
Fresh peppermint or spearmint sprigs
In a 1-1/12 quart bowl, sprinkle the berries with the vinegar and sugar. Let stand one hour at room temperature.
Pass through a sieve to remove seeds. Refrigerate until serving. Squirt sauce onto cold desert plate using squirt bottle* and then set chocolate serving onto the plate.
Garnish with selected mint leaves and sprig. Serve immediately.
Thank you for treating yourself to Miles of Chocolate.
*Tip: A plastic restaurant ketchup or similar bottle works well.
