Miles of Chocolate began in 2002 with a simple handcrafted recipe made from real, high-quality ingredients. What started in a small kitchen quickly became a Texas favorite, loved for its rich flavor and signature texture that people kept coming back for.

What’s in your products?
All of our products have different ingredients, but they share the same promise: wholesome, natural ingredients with no preservatives, no seed oils, and nothing artificial. For the exact ingredients and nutrition of any product, just check the ingredients and nutrition section on its product page.
Is it gluten-free?
We offer both gluten-free and original products. When you’re shopping, just look for “Gluten-Free” in the product title and description — that’s how you’ll know which is which.
Is it vegan or dairy-free?
Not this time — Miles of Chocolate is made with real butter and eggs, so it isn’t vegan or dairy-free.
Storing & Freshness
How should I store it when it arrives?
Keep it in the refrigerator or freezer — that’s home base for Miles of Chocolate. It stays fresh and delicious for 60 days in the fridge, or up to 6 months in the freezer. Enjoy it cold straight from the fridge, or frozen for a firmer, fudgier bite — frozen happens to be our favorite way to eat it.
Do I need to refrigerate it right away?
Yes — Miles of Chocolate needs to be stored cold, so pop it in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as it arrives. It’s not a room-temperature treat — it’s happiest kept chilled in the fridge or frozen in the freezer.
How long does a slab keep?
In the fridge: 60 days, sealed. In the freezer: 6 months. On the counter, in front of you, holding a fork: about 2 minutes.
Orders & Gifting
Can I include a personal note?
Yes, you can! A handwritten note is an optional add-on at checkout — just fill in the “Postcard Message” box and we’ll write it on a Miles of Chocolate postcard and tuck it inside.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Reach out as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to change or cancel it — but once it’s in the mail, we can’t pull it back.
What’s your return & refund policy?
Because it’s a fresh, perishable treat, we can’t accept returns. But if anything arrives damaged, wrong, or not quite right, email us a photo and we’ll make it right — every time.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We ship Monday through Wednesday. Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days, anywhere in the continental US. We don’t ship Thursday/Friday — we don’t want your order sitting in a warehouse over a weekend.
Can I track my order?
Yes — the moment your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to your door.
What if mine arrives damaged?
Because it’s a fresh, perishable treat, we can’t accept returns. But if anything arrives damaged, wrong, or not quite right, email us a photo and we’ll make it right — every time.
